俗话说,酒香不怕巷子深,有真本事不怕磨,职场中需要扎实的专业能力,但更离不开高效率的沟通与表达,尤其在变化多、资源有限、说不清的情况下,更需要人与人之间的良好互动,来推动事情发展。                                                         
研究表明,职场中70%的问题是由于沟通障碍造成的。高效沟通的员工容易建立良好的人际关系,及时有效地解决问题。沟通能力是可以通过科学的训练提升的。                                                                                                                           
本课程通过大量调研数据分析,归纳出典型的沟通障碍,贴合真实情景;引进科学的DISC行为风格测评,帮助学员了解自己和他人的沟通风格;配以针对不同职场情境的策略与技巧,以达到提升沟通能力的目的。
